Check In

You may check in any time after 3 pm.  You will receive a code to enter using the smart lock.

Grill, Fire Table, and Bistro String Lights

The grill and fire table are powered by propane and we aim to be sure there is enough for each guest.  If you use the grill, please be sure to clean it before you leave. If you use the fire table, please be sure to turn off the gas and replace the cover. The bistro lights are on a timer and turn off around 12:00 a.m.

No Smoking

No smoking of anything inside the cottage.  At all. Please.  Do not leave candles burning unattended.

Pets 

Pets are welcome if arranged in advance. Please be sure to clean up after your pets, including the yard.

Check Out

Check out time is 11 am.  Late checkout may be available upon advance request. Please review the check out procedures at the end of the guidebook prior to leaving.

Bagging the Trash

Please respect our cleaning team and be sure all trash is contained in the trash bags we provide before you deposit it in the big trash bins outside the barn.  The trash collector comes on Thursday mornings.

Respect Our Neighbors

That is to say – the deer and wildlife.  Also, be mindful of the people in the other house on the driveway as you walk or drive past.  Our cottage is located in a farming community, so please do not be alarmed if you see farm equipment pass down the driveway.  

Security

The cottage is monitored 24/7 by an outdoor security camera which records events as needed.  NO INDOOR recording or monitoring of any type is present at the cottage.
